Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer 14-day Change of Mind returns and 30-day Faulty Product returns. Please submit your request within the relevant timeframe after receiving your order.

1. Change of Mind Returns – 14 Days

If you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags intact;

Original packaging must be intact;

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Return shipping costs for Change of Mind returns are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not provide return labels for non-product issues.

2. Faulty / Defective Product Returns – 30 Days

If you find your product is:

Damaged

Defective

Not as described

Wrong item delivered

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

To help us process your request, please:

Contact us immediately;

Provide photos or videos as evidence;

Include your order number and a description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be a product fault, we will provide a return shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.

3. How to Request a Return

Instructions on how and where to send the return

The return address (for buyer-paid returns)

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days;

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
